Cancellation Policy: To avoid a $50 fee, notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
No Show Policy: If you are not at home when we arrive for your appointment and you have not notified us that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you are still responsible for your house call fee. You will be sent an invoice for that fee and no future appointments can be scheduled until it has been paid.
